Tullio Zanon—our father and grandfather—was known in Venice as the jeweler of seafood. His legacy lives here in our focus on Mediterranean dishes, many finished tableside in true Venetian fashion. Surrounded by Murano glass and scenes of Italy, you step into the world that shaped him.
Born in the Rialto fish market, Tullio’s name still echoes through its stalls today. Our hope is to gift you a couple of hours in Italy, guided by l’arte del Benvenire—the Italian art of being beautifully welcomed.
